3.2.1...STORM THE COURT!

From Wednesday through monday i saw 4 storming of the courts. It made me realize that storming of the court may not always be called for. In Certain situations it is more than called for, so im going to start being the judge of whether a game is worthy of ending in a stormed court or not.

Game 1 #1 Ohio State @ #14 Wisconsin

This one is a tough one to judge because they are both top 15, not huge rivals but are conference foes. But i say that Wisconsin had the right to storm the court due to the reason the beat #1 in the nation and there conference, who was undefeated and had also been number #1 in football before wisconsin also beat them in wisconsin. Plus this win bumped the badgers into the top 10 so Wisconsin had a good year against ohio state so i give it a thumbs up good to go rush the court game!

Game 2 #1 Kansas @ Kansas State

Less than 24 hours after being named the #1 team in the country the Jay hawks Lost in the Octagon of doom to arch in state rival unranked Kansas state. K-State was going through a bit of a rough patch but clobbered the #1 team in the country and star guard Jacob Pullen set a new career high 38 points in the game. K-state hadn't beat Kansas in like 18 meetings so it was huge for The wildcats and this game also receives a thumbs up for the storming of the court.

Game 3 #17 Utah State @ Idaho

The Aggies went into cowan spectrum winning 25 straight WAC games, 18 games in a row and a 11 game win streak over the vandals. For WAC teams being national televised is a big deal so the mood was set for a big upset and to knock Utah State out of Automatic Bid contention whether or not the win WAC Tourny. The Vandals snapped alot of streaks and beat a top 25 team for the first time since 2009 against #25 portland. This program has turned around to an above .500 team in last 4 years and it was a huge win so i give court storming a thumbs up for this game as well

Game 4 Idaho @ Boise State

This rivalry has been under a magnifying glass ever since Boise's president Kustra called vandal fans nasty and inebriated and said him and football coach wanted to cancel rivalry once bsu moves to mwc. so this is depending on tourny time is the last chance the vandals might have for awhile depending on the basketball negotiations to beat arch in state rival bsu who royally slacks them in football in the last decade. Basketball is saving grace for the vandals who had won 3 of last 5 before this game. Taco Bell Arena was pretty well filled spilt 70 to 30 broncos to vandals. Good close game just like first meeting broncos won again and completed the season sweep where then the about 100 students in the student section stormed the court after earlier ripping up a vandal flag and receiving a technical. This is not Okay, Boise state should be ashamed they beat a 14-10 team when they were 13-11. neither team is great at basketball the students were weak the whole game ive seen high school games in north dakota have more students at a game then this Division 1 school. BSU had no reason to storm the court. Maybe thats why their basketball team is nowhere close to the football team. TO BOISE STATE if you are going to treat the game like a rivalry and rip flags, storm the court and come up with a game theme(which the white out failed miserably) then you should call the game a rivalry. BSU v Idaho is a rivalry so deal with it that you are rivals with a school that sucks at sports oh well you hate them they hate you thats all its really about ROLL TIDE!

Upset Palouse Style

The Washington State university Cougars beat their arch in state and ranked rival in college hoops last night in one of the best games ive seen all season. Friel court was hoping and made me decide to right this. They beat the formerly ranked #17 huskies by the score 87-80, Now being from the northwest i have only been to a few college hoops locations by a few i mean gonzaga, Idaho, boise state, utah state and now washington state. wazzu's fans were just a rowdy and loud as the zags fans if not louder. Maybe it only cause it was the apple cup on hardwood but it was electric in there. It felt like an nba game mixed with what i assume a UNC or Duke game feels like! So as of right now Wazzu has toughest venue for hoops in northwest until i see otherwise. Great win cougs, good luck dawgs and lets hit march already!

What College Sports Are Really About! =)

So Im wondering who you some of you guys thing has the hotest cheerleaders in the NCAA. Im going to share with you my top 10 and Describe why. There will also be a poll on the side of my page where you guys can vote.

1. Oregon


These beach blonde fake tanned hotties seem to make me have to take a break at halftime everytime i watch a oregon game. Maybe the reason i don't watch oregon so much is because im afraid ill miss to much football squining at the small corner of the tv that has just a glimpse of the cheerleaders.anytime someone tries the whole game to see the cheerleaders and not the team playing in a new uniform each week you know they have some hot cheerleaders.

2.Texas Christian University


i have only watched the horned frogs play football twice in the last few years, and im not sure if it is their dance team or their cheerleaders or both but im counting them. The just look like a mix between the University Texas and the Dallas Cowboys uniforms. maybe its just that purple but damn when i see those girls on t.v it makes me want towatch more TCU games.

3.Arizona State


Sun died to perfection, I still remember me setting my favorite team to asu in ea sports ncaa football 06 just so i would have te opertunity to see one of the two cheerleader slides while i was on the main menu. i picked i team i care jack about just so i could see a few pics of their cheerleaders. plus they have had many porn scandals on that team ;)

Just like tcu by going for that college cowgirl outfit theme but i just dont think burnt orange quite catches your attention like purple. but still them texas girls got some knockers and some southern loven

5.Virgina Tech



I know alot of people that aren't in virgina are going to be saying why are you kidding me, but in my opinion i think the east coast has to make the top 5 so i threw in the top east coast girls in at number 5cause they are just hot alright!

As shown to the right FORMER browns coach Eric Mangini got shit canned today by Team president mike holmgren. Mike did not label out the option of him returning to become the browns as head coach and president. i say the GM and owner would be stupid to let him become hired. You don't want your coach being the president of your team and vice versa. But then so many nfl coaches are becoming unemployed, meaning alot of coaching postions will need to be filled. its going to be hard for all these teams to find quality coaches to fill there postions. to list the currently fired coaches McDaniels(Denver), Singletary(San Fransico) Fox(Carolina), Phillips(Dallas),Mangini(Cleveland)and Childress(Minnisota). other teams considering are Miami, New york Giants,Detroit,Tennesse, and Houston. So my biggest winner this year in coaching decision's is the Oakland Raiders by keeping Cable. he did okay this year after some awful years. why? because even if they are only medicore again oh well fire him next year when there is not so many competition at landing a good quality coach!

Little Purple Roses Growing Large

Who ever said roses are only red and white lied. The "Grand Daddy of them all" ended with with purple and black roses for days. Wisconsin (red and white) fell at the hands of the very undersized but speedy 4-2-5 defense of the frogs. Tcu a "little guy" defeated those big bad bullying big ten badgers on new years. Finally solidifying the mid major tittle to college football. Bsu, Utah and TCU have all now traveled to the land of no return to face the Goliaths, Pittsburg falls to utah in 05, Oklahoma falls to bsu in the arms of liberty and now tcu conquers the safe house of bcs AQ's the rose bowl! the bowl no non aq team was ever suppose to be in. they gave them the sugar, fiesta, would have given the orange and talk emerged of giving them a championship just not the roses, not to those little unworthy non aq teams. All these feels like march in January! The gonzaga's and George masons that battle the north Carolina's and dukes to prove maybe we aren't acc but the wcc can be just as good. Gonzaga pretty much invented the term mid major in college basketball. This is what is happening in college football. quit calling the little guys that beat you big guys when you step with them toe to toe. they beat you with unknown recruits to your 5 stars, their tiny facilities and stadiums to your palaces and your money to there cutting Penny's to make ends meet. BCS schools need to realize at some point money and the conference your in can only get you so far. It does not matter how many law school grads you have or your big fancy medical school. To win football games you need fundamentals and heart. Let TCU show that a bunch of kids who did not get offers to Wisconsin,Ohio state,Michigan,Oregon or usc stepped into their garden and tore it up from the roots up. And they did it so when they leave to the big east to make making a bowl easier, the next "little guy" to face off against the supposedly to powerful and mighty big school, they will have hope and know any bowl game can be a non AQ team win with heart and fundamentals!
